Equine / horse management
Through transnational collaboration between Vonk in the Netherlands, Munkagards Gymnasiet in Sweden, Skjetlein Videregaende Skole in Norway, Axxell in Finland and Aeres in the Netherlands, three virtual assignments, three international learning units and a pilot were developed within the project's lifespan. The aim was to develop sustainable, high quality, learning opportunities where students from the partners countries would be able to develop their professional and 21st century skills through online learning and transnational mobilities.
All colleges offer training in the field of Equine and horse management and are interested in in each other’s education. Together, we created three different lesson units which students with basic knowledge in the field of Equine and horse management can sign up for and follow. If students are interested in following one of below units, they can find all the needed information about the unit and the selection process by using the link on this page.
Horse driving, breeding Dutch horses and managing welfare in stables
National horsebreeds, therapy riding and tourism
Horse care, harness racing and Finnhorse breeding
